By using Noah, you agree to these terms. We have written them to be clear and fair, while also protecting both you and us.

What Noah is

Noah is an AI-powered tech support assistant that helps you with everyday computer problems and online tasks. When you share your screen, Noah can see what is displayed and guide you step by step. Noah cannot control your computer, install or uninstall software, access your files, click buttons, type text, or take any action on your behalf. You remain in full control at all times.

Noah is an AI, not a professional

Noah is powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a human being, and it is not a certified IT technician, tax advisor, accountant, lawyer, doctor, or any other licensed professional. Noah provides general guidance based on what it sees on your screen and what you describe. For important decisions — especially regarding finances, taxes, healthcare, legal matters, or government paperwork — you should always verify Noah's suggestions with a qualified professional before acting.

You are responsible for your actions

Noah only advises. You perform all actions on your own computer and on any websites you visit. By using Noah, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any action you take based on Noah's guidance. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • •Deleting, moving, or modifying files on your computer
  • •Changing system settings, passwords, or software configurations
  • •Submitting forms on government websites (tax returns, Social Security, Medicare, healthcare portals, DMV services)
  • •Performing transactions on banking, insurance, or financial websites
  • •Installing, updating, or removing software
  • •Any other action taken on your computer or on third-party websites during or after a session

Noah cannot undo actions you have taken. If you are unsure about a step, stop and ask Noah to clarify before proceeding.

Screen sharing

When you share your screen, Noah's AI can see everything displayed on it. You may inadvertently show sensitive information such as passwords, personal data, financial details, or private messages. While Noah does not store screen images (they are processed in real time and immediately discarded), you are responsible for what you choose to display. We recommend closing any sensitive windows or tabs before sharing your screen.

Third-party services

Noah may guide you through websites and services operated by third parties, such as government portals, email providers, banks, healthcare platforms, and others. Noah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these services. Any actions you take on third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' own terms and conditions. Noah is not liable for errors, delays, or consequences arising from your interactions with third-party services.

Acceptable use

  • •You must be at least 18 years old to use Noah, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • •Use Noah for legitimate personal tech support only. Do not use Noah for illegal activities, to access systems you do not own, or to attempt to exploit, manipulate, or misuse the AI.
  • •You are responsible for following Noah's instructions carefully. If something does not seem right, stop and ask Noah to clarify.
  • •Do not share your session access with others unless using the built-in invite feature.
  • •Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract Noah's underlying AI models or technology.

Payments

Sessions are purchased through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase and charged in euros (EUR). Noah never sees or stores your payment card details. Unused prepaid session time does not expire. If Noah is unable to help with your issue, any remaining time is saved for your next visit. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you are unsatisfied.

Gift sessions

You may purchase sessions as a gift for another person. Gift sessions are delivered via a unique link. Once redeemed, the gift session is subject to these same terms. The buyer is responsible for the purchase; the recipient must agree to these terms upon use. Gift sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.

No warranty

Noah is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that Noah's guidance will be accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any particular purpose. AI can make mistakes, misinterpret screen content, or provide incorrect suggestions. You use Noah at your own risk.

In plain language: Noah tries its best to help, but it can be wrong. Always double-check important steps, especially for financial, medical, legal, or administrative tasks.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noah and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for data loss, system damage, financial loss, missed deadlines, incorrect form submissions, or any other consequence of relying on Noah's guidance.

Damage cap

In no event shall Noah's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific session in which the issue arose. If you used a free trial, our maximum liability is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noah and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) actions you took based on Noah's guidance, (c) your violation of these terms, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

Service availability

Noah depends on internet connectivity, third-party AI providers, hosting infrastructure, and other external services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for service interruptions, slowdowns, or errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, AI provider downtime, hosting failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Noah at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or fraudulent activity. Any unused prepaid time may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Age requirement

Noah is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. By using Noah, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Noah shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Noah after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noah regarding your use of the service.
