Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

By using Noah, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and fair.

What Noah is

Noah is an AI-powered tech support assistant. Noah can see your screen (when you share it) and guide you through solving computer problems. Noah cannot control your computer, install software, or access your files directly.

How to use Noah

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Noah (or have permission from a parent or guardian).
  • Use Noah for legitimate tech support purposes only. Do not attempt to use Noah for illegal activities or to access systems you don't own.
  • You are responsible for following Noah's instructions carefully. If something doesn't seem right, stop and ask Noah to clarify.

Payments and refunds

Sessions are purchased through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and charged in euros (EUR). Unused prepaid time does not expire. If Noah is unable to help with your issue, any remaining time is saved for your next visit.

What Noah can and can't do

Noah is an AI assistant and may not be able to solve every problem. Noah works best with common computer tasks like email, printers, WiFi, software updates, and browser issues. For complex hardware issues or specialized software, Noah may recommend seeking in-person help.

Limitation of liability

Noah provides tech guidance to the best of its ability, but we cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved. We are not responsible for any changes you make to your computer while following instructions. Always make sure you understand each step before proceeding.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note the update date at the top of this page.
