You share your screen from any web browser — no software to install — and Noah guides you step by step through issues like printer setup, suspicious emails, online tax filing with the IRS or TurboTax, online banking, and scheduling doctor appointments. Noah can see your screen but cannot control it, ensuring your complete privacy. Sessions start at $6 for 15 minutes, with a free 2-minute trial requiring no payment. Available 24/7 in English and French, Noah is operated by G.U.M. Labs, based in Sartrouville, France.
Why Noah exists
It started with something we all know: when our parents or grandparents have a computer problem, they call us. And we do our best over the phone — "click the button on the top right", "no, the other one", "do you see the menu?" — but without seeing their screen, it's hard for everyone.
We thought: what if we built an assistant that can see the screen, speaks calmly, never judges, and is available anytime? An assistant that's patient, adapts to each person's pace, avoids technical jargon, and never talks down to anyone.
That's how Noah was born. Noah combines artificial intelligence with screen sharing to provide human-like tech support, on demand. No subscription, no hidden fees — you only pay when you need help.

How Noah works
When you start a session, you describe your problem by voice or text. If you choose, you can share your screen — right from your browser, no downloads required. Noah then analyzes what's on your screen and guides you with clear, step-by-step instructions.
Noah uses artificial intelligence to understand your screen and your request. It can highlight elements on your screen with visual annotations — like a red circle around the button you need to click. After each session, you receive a summary email with the steps you followed, so you don't forget anything.
